PAPER SUBMISSION

• Papers are sent as an attachment from the conference website
• When submitting the paper/article, the author explicitly declares that the paper/article has not been published or sent for publication in another publication edition/issue
• The papers/articles are formatted according to the Guidelines for Authors: download here
• Working languages: Bulgarian and English
• Submitted reports must contain original ideas and scientific results. Detailed presentation in the text of well-known theoretical statements, concepts or definitions freely available from other sources are not encouraged
• All submitted reports are checked for similarities of the submitted materials with other publications using the StrikePlagiarism tool
• All papers/articles are sent for evaluation by two anonymous and independent reviewers
• The decision to publish or reject the papers is made based on the recommendations of the reviewers
• The maximum number of the papers with which each author can participate, independently or in co-authorship, is two

All papers/articles submitted on time, which correspond to the thematic areas and meet the layout, and have received positive reviews, will be published in the scientific journal “Mechanics Transport Communications”, issue 3/ 2025, ISSN 1312-3823 (print), ISSN 2367-6620 (online).

The Papers will also be submitted for indexing in the Web of Science: Conference Proceedings Citation Index.
